Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Junior Software Tester to join our dynamic quality assurance team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of software applications, reporting bugs and inconsistencies clearly and promptly.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

  • Execute test cases and document results accurately.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and other test documentation.

  • Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

  • Report defects and track issues through the bug tracking system.

  • Continuously learn and apply new testing tools, techniques, and best practices.

  • Support regression testing during software updates and releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing concepts.

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and testing tools.
