The Integration Architect will be responsible for ensuring seamless interoperability across EHR platforms and enterprise applications while leading cross-functional teams and managing system performance. Responsibilities • Understand and articulate product functionality and related workflows • Knowledgeable in customer workflows, industry best practices, regulatory requirements and compliance needs • Collaborate with customers and other project teams to define product design and configuration following industry best practices • Identify and determine inputs and work tasks needed to complete fully functional product configurations • Lead meetings and sessions with clients and other project team members to complete work tasks • Lead assessments of current workflows, configurations, and integrations, leading the discussion when appropriate, to recommend and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency and patient care improvements • Perform tasks that need independent judgment to implement EHR products and technology to meet customer needs • Manage the configuration needs for multiple concurrent optimization projects, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support • Operate independently without assistance or guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with best practices • Collaborate with customers to develop delivery roadmap and ensure successful execution of roadmap • Develop training materials, conduct virtual sessions, and offer ongoing consultation to support user proficiency and system utilization • Monitor project outcomes, track key metrics, and report progress to clients and internal leadership • Stay current with relevant Oracle Health Millennium updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform proactive optimization strategies • Mitigate risks and issues • Act as a mentor and coach to other consultants and team members • Influence customer roadmap and design • Contribute to long-term planning and innovation • Support training development for end users and staff members • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements Skills • Experience: Minimum 7+ years in integration architecture role for Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) • Knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with specific Oracle Health EHR solutions • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment • Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams or departments • Skilled in building positive working relationships across various levels and functions • Effective at fostering trust and rapport with both internal and external stakeholders • Dedicated to delivering high-quality service and ensuring timely resolution of issues • Strategic thinker who understands broader business goals and takes initiative to drive value • Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Benefits • Health insurance • 401k • Bonus opportunity • Medical, dental and vision coverage with low deductible & copay • Life insurance • Short and long-term disability • Paid Parental Leave • 401(k) + match • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Generous Paid Time Off - accrued based on years of service • 10 paid company holidays • Tuition reimbursement • Flexible Spending Account • Employee Assistance Program • Sick time benefits - for eligible employees, one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual of 40 hours per calendar year, unless the laws of the state in which the employee is located provide for more generous sick time benefits.
