Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: $17–$25 per hour (based on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonuses About Us We are a growing, customer-focused insurance agency dedicated to delivering outstanding service and building long-term client relationships. We are seeking an experienced, licensed Remote Insurance Service Specialist who can confidently handle day-to-day servicing while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand client portfolios. Position Summary The Remote Insurance Service Specialist will manage servicing for existing clients, including policy changes, billing support, claims guidance, and full coverage reviews. This role also supports retention, cross-selling, and referrals, and may assist with new business as needed. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text • Handle policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements • Conduct full coverage reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities • Assist with billing questions, payment processing, and account updates • Provide basic claims guidance and follow-up support • Send confirmations and documentation after each interaction • Review policies for coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions • Assist with new business sales and quoting as needed • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in agency systems • Support retention initiatives and ask for referrals when appropriate • Collaborate with team members to meet service and agency goals Qualifications • Active Property & Casualty license (required) • Minimum 2 years prior insurance experience • Strong communication and people skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Experience with personal lines products including Auto, Homeowners, Condo, Renters, Umbrella, and related lines • Experience with Life insurance or introducing financial/life solutions is a plus • Allstate experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay: $17–$25/hour (based on experience) • Monthly performance bonuses • Fully remote position • Growth and advancement opportunities • Supportive, team-oriented culture Pay: $41,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Work from home Experience: • insurance: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
