Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IS3 Solutions is seeking a U.S. Immigration Attorney or Immigration Law Firm to provide outside counsel for employment-based immigration matters. The role focuses on advising and managing H1-B cap cases for the FY 2026 lottery, H-1B transfers, and ongoing immigration compliance support for employees on F-1 STEM OPT/EAD status. Responsibilities • Advise on immigration strategy for employees currently on F-1 STEM OPT/EAD • Conduct case eligibility assessments (degree, job role, prevailing wage, specialty occupation) • Prepare and submit H-1B electronic lottery registrations for FY 2026 • Prepare and file H-1B cap-subject petitions for selected candidates • Prepare and file H-1B transfer petitions • Prepare and file Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) • Draft and submit Forms I-129 and supporting documentation • Advise on cap-gap, work authorization timing, and start-date planning • Provide guidance on premium vs regular processing • Respond to RFEs and NOIDs if issued • Maintain required public access files • Advise on employer compliance and recordkeeping obligations • Provide clear timelines, checklists, and status updates to HR/operations Skills • Licensed U.S. Immigration Attorney or established immigration law firm • 5+ years of employment-based immigration experience • Deep expertise in H-1B cap, STEM OPT → H-1B, and H-1B transfers • Experience supporting small to mid-sized employers • Strong knowledge of DOL and USCIS compliance requirements • Ability to provide predictable, transparent pricing • Responsive communication style and client-facing professionalism • Experience supporting staffing / consulting organizations • Flat-fee pricing model • Ability to scale support modestly as company grows Company Overview • IS3 Solutions is an IT company that provides data centers, cloud, cyber security, IT infrastructure, and IT financing solutions.
