They are seeking Remote Claims Adjusters to work directly with policyholders, advocating for them during the claims process and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Educate clients/customers on card benefit insurance programs and procedures. • Provide accurate, professional service and maintain a customer-focused approach. • Review claim information and enter data using standard procedures. • Review submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness. • Investigate questionable claims in collaboration with management. • Adjudicate claims and provide settlements in accordance with laws and policy provisions. • Make claim approval/denial decisions within authority limits or escalate as needed. • Document all actions and outcomes in the system. • Strive for high performance in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality. • Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Support multiple client product lines and stay current with industry changes.
