The role involves driving sales growth through outbound calling and lead generation, focusing on mobile product offerings for small and mid-sized businesses. Responsibilities • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, focusing on mobile device solutions for small and mid-sized businesses • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience metrics • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, using strong organizational, communication, and listening skills • Consult with business customers to understand their mobile device needs, solicit referrals, and close web leads • Collaborate with field sales to refer complex opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction • Resolve customer issues promptly, striving for first-call resolution and escalating when necessary • Update and maintain the prospect database and opportunity funnel daily • Manage multiple activities simultaneously, including customer interactions and using various software applications for research and documentation • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
