As a Remote Cyber Security Analyst, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our Compliance Maintenance Program, Security Awareness Program, and supporting other IT Security initiatives. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for: Developing, communicating, and enforcing information security policies, standards, procedures, and best practices Participating in project management activities to support IT Security programs and initiatives Collaborating with internal and external auditors to assess compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and best practices Maintaining systemic, analytical Compliance programs and supporting annual regulatory compliance assessments Developing and delivering comprehensive information security training programs for crewmembers Serving as a messenger and advocate for Information Security to promote awareness and adherence to security protocols Gathering and reporting metrics to inform the state of information security at JetBlue Airways Performing other duties as assigned To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with specialized leadership training, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least four years of relevant experience A security-related certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA) At least one year of Information Security Compliance experience Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices for project management and regulatory/compliance requirements Experience with leading security standards, such as ISO 17799 and NIST SP 800:30 Regular attendance and punctuality, with availability for occasional overnight travel (10%) Authorization to work in the US, with a strong fit for the JetBlue culture and values Preferred qualifications include: Understanding of core security principles Four or more years of Information Security Compliance experience Superior verbal and written communication skills Join Our Team and Take Your Career to New Heights If you're passionate about information security and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
