Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thomas Botea is seeking university students for a volunteer internship as a bolthires Ambassador Associate. This role involves promoting the bolthires channel on campus, engaging with students, and managing email subscriptions while focusing on community outreach and growth metrics. Responsibilities • Make a set number of in-person pitches to students each week (e.g., 5+). • Encourage interested students to subscribe to the bolthires channel. • Share a QR code or sign-up form for students to voluntarily join the TB email list. • Reach out to student clubs at Huron and Western for collaborations. • Pitch opportunities for podcast mentions, email features, or event tie-ins. • Represent TB at student events and promote its mission. • Ensure only students who opt in are added (CASL compliance). • Encourage students to provide personal emails (preferred) for better deliverability, but accept school emails if that’s what they choose. • Track growth metrics and list engagement. • Track weekly outreach activity (subs gained, emails collected). • Provide updates and report to the CEO and CPO directly.
