TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking an Atlassian Forge Developer to help transition an on-prem Atlassian team to the Atlassian Cloud. The role involves developing and customizing plug-ins, improving Jira and Confluence tools, and collaborating with technology teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, document and implement technology solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
  • Serve as technical resource to develop, test and implement new capabilities, or operational improvements
  • Resolve technical problems using analytical problem solving methods/techniques and associated tools/devices
  • Develop complex scripts and automations using Groovy language and Atlassian ScriptRunner
  • Work productively in performing activities. Accountable for successful and timely completion of all tasks/projects
  • Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle

Skills

  • Atlassian Forge development skills
  • Experience with customization of Atlassian products on-prem and in the cloud
  • Development and creation of plug-ins with Atlassian Cloud
