Automotive Assurance Group, an Amynta company, is currently seeking a Regional Finance & Insurance Manager to oversee Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

As a member of the Automotive Assurance Group F&I Sales Team, you will enjoy the opportunity to fully apply and hone your sales and marketing skills.  In this role, you will drive growth and profitability in an assigned geographic territory through sales related to F&I books of business to develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Cultivate relationships and production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
  • Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability within the territories

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales Manager area
  • Must reside in Georgia to support assigned geographic territory

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology 
  • Retail automotive experience in Finance or Sales Management 
  • Outside sales experience 
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance industry, market and competitors 
  • Substantial knowledge of all Finance & Insurance products 
  • Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles 
  • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims 
  • Ability to interpret financial statements 
  • Ability to multi-task
