You will be in charge of a wide range of (administrative) tasks, while focusing on delivering outstanding experience to your internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>As a Recruitment Assistant, you will</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and facilitate several recruitment events at our HQ in Zaventem, such as business case days and selection days.</li><li>Support candidates throughout their journey by coordinating schedules, aligning availabilities, and ensuring a smooth, engaging interview process.</li><li>Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers—building strong relationships and fostering open communication.</li><li>Your communication style is attractive to candidates and you trigger them to further discover their opportunities within Deloitte.</li><li>Play an active role in key Talent Acquisition programs, such as referrals, internal mobility and onboarding, contributing to a seamless experience for all involved stakeholders.</li><li>Bring your proactive mindset and structured approach to the team, sharing fresh ideas that will enhance our processes. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Let's Talk About You</strong></p><ul><li>You have a bachelor degree and a first professional experience in an administrative role.</li><li>You are a team player and can build credibility and a trust relationship with various stakeholders (candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, …)</li><li>Eye for details, punctual and excellent organizational skills,</li><li>Love working in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and are open for change,</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who is Deloitte?</strong></p><p>We provide industry-leading audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting and related services.
