Appalachian Engineered Flooring is a local hardwood engineered flooring company looking to fill several full time positions. Located in North Troy, VT, we have been making beautiful flooring locally since 2011. If you'd like to be a part of our team that makes high quality flooring in Vermont, please apply. Applicants would be working to convert lumber and plywood into our finished product. We are seeking committed employees who are willing to learn and grow with our company. Experience is not required.

Benefits include:

  • $150.00 bi-weekly attendance bonus (equal to an additional $1.87 per hour added to regular pay)

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Friday 6:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

The positions we are seeking to fill:

  • Raw Material Department – working to convert lumber and plywood into our finished flooring product. Ability to lift 50 lbs. required.
  • Packaging Department - inspecting and grading flooring, packing for customer.
