In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering financial data into QuickBooks, managing accounts payable processes, and ensuring seamless record-keeping. Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify financial transactions into QuickBooks with speed and accuracy, ensuring data integrity across all records
  • Manage accounts payable processes by processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to facilitate easy retrieval.
  • Utilize office software tools such as Microsoft Excel to perform basic math calculations, and generate reports.
  • Support administrative functions related to finance operations, including clerical tasks like filing, data collection, and maintaining organized records

Skills

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software coupled with strong computer skills for efficient data entry and management
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
