About the Quality and Enablement Specialist - X:

MarketStar is looking for a Quality and Enablement Specialist to support our X team. You will work directly with Sales Enablement, Training Leaders, and Team Leaders to develop and implement quality assurance processes that drive success within the SMB Market. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual driven to ensure that a high level of professionalism, productivity, and quality are maintained and continually improved across the X program. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the brand voice of X while helping our sales professionals reach their full potential through data-driven insights.

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid

What Will You Do?

  • Review the quality of work performed by the SMB sales team through consistent monitoring of call recordings and email correspondence.
  • Use quality monitoring data systems to compile and track performance metrics at both the team and individual levels.
  • Identify specific training gaps based on audit findings and communicate those needs to the training department.
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive internal and external quality reports for management review.
  • Lead calibration sessions with Senior Leadership and Team Leads to ensure a unified standard of quality across all SMB products.
  • Provide actionable performance data to various internal support groups to drive program-wide improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve program initiatives and maintain client-specific quality standards.
  • Deliver direct, constructive feedback to sales team leaders to assist in representative coaching and development.
  • Create and maintain standardized workflows and procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of sales engagements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
  • Direct B2B or digital advertising sales experience is required; previous Quality Assurance experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to interpret data dashboards to identify performance trends and specific areas for focus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products, including Gmail, Forms, and Sheets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others and drive high-level performance.
  • An adaptive style with the ability to work at both micro and macro levels.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Capability to adapt quickly to change and adjust priorities based on the evolving needs of the SMB Market.
