We guarantee you won’t find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint. </p> <p><strong>In this Role</strong></p> <p>As the Worldwide Consumer Engagement Lead, you will shape and drive the global social and retail media strategy for consumer-facing products across devices, software, and services. You’ll be at the forefront of social commerce and retail media innovation—helping strengthen partnerships with major global retailers while leading integrated campaigns that influence consumer purchase paths. Acting as the connector between internal teams, retail partners, and media platforms, you will develop scalable strategies, streamline execution across regions, and guide teams through the evolving social and retail media landscape.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Social Strategy & Partnerships: Lead global social strategy, aligning brand-owned social channels with retailer-owned handles to maximize reach and engagement.</li> <li>Retail Media Networks: Partner with global retail leaders to shape, pilot, and scale retail media strategies, ensuring alignment with consumer priorities.</li> <li>Campaign Strategy & Support: Provide guidance on social content best practices and channel strategy to marketing managers supporting major consumer product launches and campaigns.</li> <li>Playbook Development: Maintain and evolve global playbooks for social commerce, influencer engagement, and retail media strategies to enable consistency and efficiency across regions.</li> <li>Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional leads in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia to streamline approaches, share best practices, and strengthen local market execution.</li> <li>Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare social strategy inputs for executive meetings with global retail partners and provide thought leadership on social and retail media trends.</li> <li>Innovation & Measurement: Drive experimentation across social commerce and retail media channels, incorporating personalization, co-branding, and performance measurement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience: 10–15 years of demonstrable experience in social strategy, content strategy, influencer strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns (brand, platform, or agency).</li> <li>Digital & Ecommerce Expertise: Minimum 5+ years in partner, digital, or ecommerce marketing.</li> <li>Complex Organization Experience: 3+ years working in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Industry Background: Experience within consumer electronics, silicon providers, retail brands, or major social media platforms.</li> <li>Global Scope: Proven success managing international projects and navigating cross-cultural dynamics.</li> <li>Leadership Skills: Track record of driving global strategy execution, cross-regional alignment, and measurable impact.</li> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with retail media networks, including strategy design, partner activation, and performance optimization.</li> <li>Prior work on a brand strategy or media team with a focus on consumer engagement.</li> <li>Familiarity with emerging social commerce platforms, especially hyper-local networks across Asia (e.g., Douyin, WeChat, Red Book, LINE).</li> <li>Strong relationships with platform-side stakeholders (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, etc.).</li> <li>Experience developing influencer/creator strategies at scale.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong> </p> <p>Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $125,000 - $135,000 USD/annually.
