Position Overview:

Summit Golf Brands (SGB), Offices in Middleton and Barneveld, WI, is seeking a full time Special Decorations Associate on our production team. Summit Golf Brands is a fast-growing company that designs and source high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. Our brands can be found at over 3,000 accounts in more than 25 countries. The Special Decorations Associate, under the direction of the Vice President of Production, will be responsible for assisting customers in order related requests, while meeting and exceeding all SGB Customer Service goals. Serves as a representative of Summit Golf Brands, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of SGB.

Responsibilities:

The Special Decorations Associate will use basic skills to operate various heat transfer machines. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and work efficiently and accurately in applying crested patches, rubber silicon patches, direct to film (DTF) decorations, pockets, woven labels, and more to garments.

  • Following production Work Order instructions, apply appropriate decorations to garments using the provided logos, decorations, and placement
  • Sealing waterproof garment on materials with embroidered logos
  • Operating various machines such as a hand iron, bottom heat plate, heat press, laser, and Geo Knight
  • Using laser to cut adhesive for pocket application
  • Weeding the cut-out portions of a decoration provided by the logo department before applying to garment
  • Applying and monitoring application process, checking for proper placement, sturdy application, wrinkles in decoration, etc, making Supervisor aware of any issues
  • Exercising caution to ensure proper heat safety for both yourself and the garment
  • Responsible for cleaning general area around machine at end of each shift
  • Able to work mandatory Saturdays

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Required to use wrists, upper arms and shoulders in repetitive movements
  • Required to bend, twist and reach continuously
  • Must be self-motivated and adaptable
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:
