The Associate Product Operations Mgr. (Platform & Services) is responsible for developing a deep expertise of Workforce Edge Platform and Service capabilities. This expertise will serve twofold: 1. First, to act as internal subject matter expert to effectively communicate feature and service capabilities and support alignment across the organization. 2. Second, to provide feedback on needs for our feature and service portfolio; informed through data, research, and prospect/partner needs. This role is responsible for facilitating internal alignment on Product functionality, through use of tools, data, & customer feedback loops (Internal & external, qualitative, and quantitative). The Associate Product Operations Mgr. will help scale business processes related to product and service delivery, ensuring that we can deliver high quality product/service outcomes, efficiently, while maintaining alignment to key strategic goals. This role will support feature/service capability roll outs, and internal training and resource documentation related to the Workforce Edge platform and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop deep understanding of key platform features and functions, and business services. • Act as the Internal Subject matter expert for Education Benefit mgmt. platform and services, understanding how technical/process components work to communicate accurate expectations and feature details. • Responsible for internal training content related to WFE platform and services- serving as Subject Matter Expert on communications around features and functions tailored to specific use cases/role usage. • Internally, convey client(s) needs; partner with Sales, Advising, CSM’s, and Account managers, to understand prospect and current client perspectives. Participate in Client and Education Provider conversations as requested to understand client/provider needs and strategize functional solutions. • Contribute to overall product and user experience strategy considering client and user experiences and personas. Work cross functionally to inform product, design, content, and user experience strategy and roadmap. Job skills: • Ability to understand business objectives and effectively translate those to program/platform requirements. • Ability to problem solve and proactively provide solutions, while factoring in economies of scale • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders within different levels of leadership. • Build training, presentations and documentation that can be used to educate and instruct internal groups. • Highly adaptable with exceptional peer leadership, time management and facilitation skills and ability to pivot as business objectives change. • Analytic orientation, with ability to Collect, analyze and prepare feedback for action and improvement. Work Experience: • 2+ years of relevant work experience which includes: • 1+ years working in Product Operations, Sales Operations, Client Implementation, or similar outcome driven areas within a B2B SaaS based environment. • Experience using data to inform prioritization and decision making. • Experience working cross functionally across multiple levels of an organization with ability to effectively influence without authority. • Experience working in a fast-paced/agile environment. Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other: • Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided.
