Position Description As Product Manager, Mobile Apps/Consumer Experience, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for consumer-facing experience products that drive engagement and loyalty for Convenience & Fuel Retailers. You will be responsible for delivering intuitive, high-impact experiences that translate complex capabilities-including AI-driven functionality-into simple, elegant customer journeys. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on product execution, and strong cross-functional leadership. While experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, we value curiosity, clarity of thought, and strong product judgment above all. Position Location • Remote - United States • Preference for Philadelphia, PA area / Eastern Time Zone Reports To Product Leadership What You Will Do • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Consumer Experience offerings • Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and business impact • Establish, track, and act on product KPIs using analytics to drive continuous improvement • Champion the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centered design • Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features • Conduct user research, interviews, and market analysis to inform product decisions • Partner with customer-facing teams to validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and iterate quickly • Value-score feature proposals across desirability, viability, and feasibility • Write clear product requirements and user stories; actively participate in agile ceremonies • Guide teams through design, development, launch, and acceptance testing • Be opinionated on priorities while managing scope, risk, and delivery timelines • Communicate roadmap decisions, progress, blockers, and delivery forecasts clearly and consistently • Collaborate with other Product Managers and leaders to align priorities and resource planning What We're Looking For • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional SaaS environment • Experience owning and launching consumer-facing digital products; mobile app experience preferred • Familiarity with mobile technology trends, consumer behavior, and loyalty program mechanics • Strong understanding of mobile UI patterns and best practices • Experience mapping user flows and designing intuitive, complex user experiences across mobile and web • Knowledge of loyalty programs and features that drive engagement and retention • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels • Comfort working with senior leadership, customers, and external partners • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with distributed teams across time zones • Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at driving clarity in complex discussions • Background in retail technology, convenience stores, or fuel / oil industry environments is a strong plus Interview Process • Interview #1: Phone screen with Talent Acquisition • Interview #2: Video interview with Hiring Manager (MS Teams) • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (MS Teams) PAR is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
