Our 16,000 colleagues – across our global network of bakeries, distribution sites and offices – each with their own unique, diverse experience of happiness, come together with one shared purpose: to bring happiness with every bite, we say: “Winning feels good, winning together feels better!” </p><p><br></p><p>pladis is looking for <strong> Procurement Specialist - Indirect</strong> for our <strong>pladis TR Ülker Bisküvi Karaman Factory.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Deliverables</strong> </p><ul><li>Coordinate with relevant departments to determine the technical materials and services required. </li><li>Research, evaluate, and select suppliers for technical products and services. </li><li>Create purchase orders and follow up on delivery processes by maintaining communication with suppliers. </li><li>Obtain and evaluate supplier price quotes, negotiate and reach agreements under the most favorable terms. </li><li>Ensure that the purchasing processes align with the budget and control costs. </li><li>Ensure quality control of products and check their compliance with technical requirements. </li><li>Monitor compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and supplier contracts. </li><li>Prepare relevant reports and regularly report to management. </li><li>Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement suggestions when necessary. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What Do You Need for This Role?</strong> </p><p> </p><ul><li>A bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or related fields, from a university. </li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience in technical procurement. </li><li>Knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management. </li><li>Proficiency in English. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel. </li><li>Strong negotiation and bargaining skills. </li><li>Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a team and possess organizational competencies. </li><li>Advanced SAP usage skills. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our values</strong> </p><p>We bring happiness with every bite.
