The organization offers a platform for individuals to connect and collaborate toward creating systemic change. CrowdDoing aims to support social innovations with transformative impact potential through global multi-disciplinary volunteering, micro-leadership and service learning, with an orientation toward ikigai and self-determination theory.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>The Pro Bono Transformation Coach role is part of the CrowdDoing Coaching Collective, a volunteer role that is performed remotely. The Transformation Coach will work with individuals and organizations to help them identify their goals, overcome challenges, and achieve their objectives. They will provide pro bono coaching, and guidance to help individuals and organizations realize their full potential. For most coaches this takes place virtually while we may have some opportunities for in person pro bono coaching depending on location. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals or organizations to achieve their goals</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles</li><li>Understanding of tools and techniques for goal setting, problem-solving, and decision-making</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a team of volunteers from diverse backgrounds and cultures</li><li>Experience in project management is a plus</li><li>Passion for social impact and making a difference in the world</li></ul>
