The team is closely partnered with many business executives and functional teams across all aspects of Invesco's investments business, using Agile delivery methods and collaboration to provide automated and innovative solutions. Your Role As a Principal Agile Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives that span multiple business divisions and regions. You will blend Agile and traditional project management practices to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes while driving continuous improvement and team efficiency. This role requires strategic oversight of scope, schedule, and resources, as well as consultative leadership to implement the right processes, tools, and coaching for optimal team performance. You will leverage your expertise to tailor hybrid approaches when needed, balancing agility with governance to deliver mission-critical solutions that align with business objectives. You Will Be Responsible For: Champion Agile delivery excellence by driving transparency, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement across teams. Own end-to-end Agile governance, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and pipeline management to accelerate value delivery. Partner strategically with Product Owners and business leaders to define scope, prioritize features, and align on business objectives. Lead project planning and execution, setting clear timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Facilitate cross-functional technical alignment, resolving architectural and development challenges to maintain delivery momentum. Oversee operational readiness, including change management, incident resolution, and production process controls. Mitigate risks and manage escalations proactively, while maintaining alignment with vendors and third-party partners for seamless integration. Drive team performance and accountability, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and measurable outcomes. The Experience You Bring: Deep expertise in leading large-scale technology initiatives within Agile Scrum environments, including remote team coordination. Strong understanding of investment operations and financial instruments (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives) with familiarity across front-, mid-, and back-office processes and knowledge of North American regulatory requirements Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced analytics with SQL, Python, and automation platforms (Appian, Blue Prism). Hands on experience with Snowflake Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and modern workflow automation to optimize operational efficiency. Skilled in cost-benefit analysis, process documentation, and testing methodologies to drive informed decision-making. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels in a global, multicultural environment. Demonstrated ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, and maintain composure under pressure while meeting aggressive deadlines. Highly analytical, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a disciplined approach to time management and continuous learning.
