Conducts professional patient interactions by obtaining demographic and financial information. Greets and processes patients in an efficient, friendly, accurate and timely manner. Is responsible for the delivery of quality performance and service excellence; and adheres to the PH Standards of Behavior.<br><br>Education<br><br>Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED. Medical terminology and/or coding experience preferred<br><br><strong>Experience<br><br></strong>Must have two years clerical experience, physician office experience preferred. Must have experience working with computers.<br><br><strong>Other Qualifications<br><br></strong>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills.
