Top Required Skills (Must Haves): • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint template design expertise (2–4+ years) – Hands-on experience building fully functional, multi-slide templates, layouts, masters, and reusable visual systems directly within PowerPoint. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud – Ability to design and create polished assets, illustrations, icons, and visual components that integrate seamlessly into presentation environments. • Experience with AI-driven design tools – Comfort leveraging modern AI creativity tools, including image generation prompts and emerging design platforms, to enhance scalability and innovation. • Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and composition – Demonstrated ability to create visually cohesive, accessible, and brand-aligned multi-page presentation systems.
