Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Skilled Nursing Facilities
Locations: Tampa and Brandon area in Florida

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team providing care in skilled nursing facilities in the Tampa and Brandon area. This is an excellent opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine while working with a supportive and collaborative clinical team.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and managing ongoing medical care for residents in post-acute and long-term care settings. You will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and facility leadership to ensure the highest quality outcomes for patients.

This position offers a strong learning environment where you will develop skills in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Experience in skilled nursing is welcome but not required, making this a great opportunity for motivated new graduates as well as experienced providers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits in skilled nursing facilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Document visits using electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Participate in care planning and coordination with facility staff

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
