Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone to provide support and address inquiries
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and enhance customer relationships
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions
  • Accurately enter customer information and data into the system
  • Assist in resolving customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall performance
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for analysis purposes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as needed

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages
  • Strong background in sales or customer service is beneficial
  • Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Proven analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
