Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and day-to-day support to the Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, clear communication abilities, and confidence in managing schedules, correspondence, and routine administrative tasks.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including reminders and follow-ups
  • Prepare, format, and organise correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
  • Perform accurate data entry across internal systems, including QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical) for documents and records
  • Assist with booking travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips
  • Support expense tracking and invoice processing
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes where required, and track follow-up actions
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support as required

Requirements

  • Proven administrative or office experience demonstrating strong organisational capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Basic experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong data entry accuracy and typing skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Professional communication and phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
