AS A PEOPLE INTERN, YOU WILL:
Get hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including:

Supporting HR Operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, and improving internal processes
Assisting the HR Business Partner team with employee lifecycle initiatives and engagement efforts
Supporting the Recruiting team with candidate experience initiatives
Contributing to People Analytics by gathering and organizing data

You’ll also participate in the company-wide Intern Program, collaborating with interns across departments on events and cross-functional projects.
This role is designed to provide broad exposure to HR and help you explore different career paths within the People function.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in building a career in HR or People Operations

  • Solid organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Completion of sophomore year (or equivalent) preferred
