Position Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our clinical team. This provider will deliver comprehensive pediatric care through a hybrid model of in-clinic and telehealth visits.

The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive pediatric medicine, family-centered care, and building long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services
  • Conduct well-child exams and preventive care visits
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
  • Provide telehealth consultations and follow-up visits
  • Educate families on child health, nutrition, and development
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care

Schedule

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Plus one Saturday per month

Flexible scheduling options may be available.

Compensation

Base Salary Range:
$97,935.53 – $117,943.87 annually

Salary placement is determined by experience, credentials, and clinical background.

Bonus Opportunities

Productivity Bonus

  • Up to $10,000 annually

Quality of Care Incentive

  • Up to $5,000 annually

Patient Satisfaction Incentive

  • Up to $5,000 annually

Total Potential Compensation: Up to $137,000+

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
  • Active Texas Nurse Practitioner License
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
