Position Overview

Passenger Experience Vehicle Operators (PEVOs) are frontline, guest-facing professionals responsible for delivering safe, courteous, and ADA-compliant passenger mobility services within Orlando International Airport (MCO) Terminal C. PEVOs operate approved passenger mobility vehicles and assist travelers with mobility needs while ensuring a positive, professional, and welcoming airport experience.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires strict adherence to airport regulations, ADA standards, and Front Row Management Services’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities


Passenger Experience & Customer Service

  • Provide professional, courteous, and respectful assistance to all passengers

  • Deliver a positive passenger experience through clear communication, patience, and empathy

  • Serve as a visible ambassador for Front Row Management Services and Orlando International Airport

  • Assist passengers, companions, and family members with dignity and care

Vehicle Operation & Safety

  • Safely operate approved passenger mobility vehicles within Terminal C at authorized speeds

  • Perform required pre-shift vehicle inspections and immediately report safety or mechanical concerns

  • Ensure all safety features (seatbelts, handrails, secure seating) are used properly

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance throughout each shift

  • Remove any unsafe vehicle from service and notify supervision immediately

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain radio communication with supervisors and dispatch as required

  • Accurately log passenger counts, service activity, and operational data

  • Immediately report incidents, injuries, near misses, or guest concerns

  • Participate in daily briefings and operational updates

Operational Readiness & Team Support

  • Report to work on time, in full uniform, and ready to perform assigned duties

  • Comply with all airport rules, security requirements, and SOPs

  • Participate in required training, certifications, and refresher courses

  • Support peak travel periods, irregular operations (IROP), and special events

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, managers, and fellow team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in airport operations, transportation, hospitality, or guest services

  • Experience assisting passengers with disabilities or special needs

  • Familiarity with ADA compliance standards

  • Prior vehicle or equipment operation experience in controlled environments
