PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Marketing Program Ownership

Own planning and delivery of programs that drive partner-influenced pipeline, with clear accountability to marketing targets and performance metrics. Support partner-sourced pipeline in partnership with sales and partner teams. Ensure all partner marketing activities are prioritized and executed based on scorecard targets and expected impact.

Strategic Partner Planning

Lead joint marketing planning with top-tier partners, aligning to campaign priorities and GTM strategy. Prioritize high-impact partners while providing structured support to the broader ecosystem with the majority of time and investment focused on top-tier partners. Ensure all activities are prioritized based on alignment to pipeline goals and business impact.

Integrated Campaign Execution

Plan and execute repeatable co-marketing programs across digital, events, and content channels. Ensure partner programs are fully integrated into global demand generation campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and report on KPIs tied to engagement, conversion rates, opportunity impact, pipeline and ROI. Build consistent reporting across sprint, monthly, and quarterly cadences to provide insights and recommendations that improve performance.

Partner Marketing Enablement

Develop and deliver marketing enablement materials to support partner-led demand generation. Work with the partner team to ensure ecosystem partners are equipped to execute campaigns and convert demand effectively.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Act as the primary marketing counterpart to partner and sales teams. Drive alignment across Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to establish structured ways of working that drive predictable outcomes. Prioritize initiatives based on regional pipeline impact and strategic partner value, ensuring focus is maintained despite competing global and regional demands.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology. Master's degree a plus
  • 5+ years in B2B partner or channel marketing within SaaS or technology
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline through partner marketing programs
  • Experience working with advisory, SI, or technology partners
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (SFDC, marketing automation platforms)
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute hands-on
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
