About You and This Role
Dow is offering paid industrial apprenticeship opportunities across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations as part of its structured U.S. Apprenticeship Program. This program combines on-the-job training at chemical manufacturing facilities with classroom education at a partnered community college.
The apprenticeship typically lasts two to three years and allows participants to gain real-world experience while earning a company-funded Associates degree in a relevant technical field. Apprentices receive competitive hourly pay, paid tuition, and select benefits throughout the program. Each apprentice is guided by a designated program leader who provides ongoing support and mentorship.
Graduates who successfully complete the program are strongly considered for full-time employment with Dow. Participants who accept a full-time role are required to commit to working with the company for two years following program completion.
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $21.69 to $25.38, determined by the company and not subject to negotiation.
Start Dates:
Planned hiring is expected around June 8, 2026, with the possibility of extending to August 3, 2026.
