An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse experienced in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting located in Vista, CA. This contract position requires a professional skilled in individualized nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation to support patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation tailored to patient-specific goals.
  • Promote quality outcomes through clinical decision-making and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Advocate for patients and families by supporting their involvement in care decisions and ensuring their rights are respected.
  • Manage complex clinical scenarios by seeking additional resources when necessary and adapting care plans accordingly.
  • Document all aspects of nursing care accurately and timely, including patient responses and educational needs.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately to other healthcare team members in compliance with scope of practice.
