WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the Hustle – Knock doors, find qualified leads, and book appointments.

Represent iHail Like a Pro – Look sharp, speak with confidence, and leave an impression.

Track & Log Everything – Stay organized and dominate the follow-up game.

Convert Leads into $$$ – Set appointments, build trust, and close deals.

Stay Locked in & Level Up – Get daily coaching, weekly one-on-ones, and mentorship from people who actually care about your success.

COMPENSATION – YOUR UPSIDE IS UNLIMITED

Straight commission, paid weekly

7%–12% commission per lead turned approved repair order

3% commission per appointment set

BONUS: Hit $1M in sales = Get a Rolex

$158,243+ (based on team averages & real numbers, not hype)
