Outpatient Private Practice Therapist (Virtual) Licensed or Pre-licensed

Rewire and Rise Counseling, LLC is a therapist-owned group private practice providing 100% telehealth therapy to individuals and couples across Massachusetts.

Our mission is to help clients shift their mindsets, break free from patterns that hold them back, heal at the root, and rise into lives of clarity, confidence, and purpose.

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) and Master’s-level Pre-licensed clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive group setting.

Clinicians are expected to:

Provide psychotherapy services to clients in accordance with Massachusetts law and licensing board regulations

Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth

Use the practice’s electronic health record (TherapyNotes) for all documentation and scheduling

Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold the ethical standards of their discipline

Participate in weekly supervision (required for pre-licensed clinicians)

Attend monthly Team Consult/Supervision meetings

Attend quarterly paid Team Admin Meetings

Compensation Plan:

Pay is percentage-based, with highly competitive incentive bonuses for higher caseloads as well as loyalty bonuses.

Clinicians start with a base %, then add their caseload incentive % and their anniversary %.

Base % Split:

35% split: Unlicensed Clinicians - Averaging $50-$60/session + bonuses outlined below

50% split: Licensed Clinicians - Averaging $70-$80/session + bonuses outlined below

+ Monthly Completed Sessions Incentive Bonus (added to base split):

40-59 sessions/month = +2%

60-79 sessions/month = +3%

80-99 sessions/month = +4%

100-119 sessions/month = +5%

120+ sessions/month = +10%

Total additional bonus: 10%

+ Anniversary Bonus (added to base split, cumulative with productivity bonuses)

After 6 months: +1%

After 1 year: +1%

After 2 years: +1%

After 3 years: +1%

After 4 years: +1%

After 5 years: +1%

After 6 years: +1%

After 10 years: +3%

Total additional bonus: 10%

No-Show/Cancellation Protection:

Pre-Licensed Clinicians:

Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice): $24.50

No show/15+min late: $43.75

Licensed Clinicians:

Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice): $35

No show/ 15+min late: $62.50

Requirements:

Must reside in Massachusetts

The goal must be at least 12 sessions per week

Licensed (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT

Strong clinical skills and prior outpatient experience

Comfort and experience with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
