Our client is seeking a motivated and organized professional to support their sales efforts through lead research and appointment setting. Role Overview

The Outbound Appointment Setter will be responsible for conducting research to refine leads and performing outreach to schedule appointments for the sales team. This role requires a proactive, results-driven, and highly organized individual with a strong focus on lead generation and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Refinement

  • Research potential leads to identify qualified prospects aligned with the target audience

  • Refine lead lists based on research to ensure effective outreach strategies

High-Volume Outreach

  • Conduct outreach through email, phone, and text to engage prospects and schedule appointments

  • Perform follow-up outreach to confirm appointments and maintain consistent engagement

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring meetings are properly organized

  • Provide necessary details and reminders to both leads and the sales team prior to scheduled appointments

CRM & Organization

  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of interactions

  • Manage calendar and follow-ups to ensure timely communication and organization

Qualifications

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in appointment setting, customer outreach, or a related role

  • Experience with high-volume outreach through email, phone, or text (preferred but not required)

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively

  • Familiarity with lead generation concepts and the sales process

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and tools

  • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented approach
