We are looking for dependable anddetailorientedOTCHS Stock Handlersto join our Distribution team. In this role, you will support theaccuratemovement, stocking, and replenishment of OTCHS merchandise throughout the warehouse whilemaintainingstrong safety, performance, and accuracy standards. Position Summary

The OTCHS Stock Handleris responsible forstocking, organizing, and replenishingproductthroughout the OTCHS picking and processing areas. You will supportaccurateproduct flow, prepare merchandise for customer orders, and work across multiple warehouse functions as needed. This role is essential in keeping inventory organized, accessible, and ready for order fulfillment.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Stock and replenish OTCHS product todesignatedlocations in the warehouse.
Verify item quantities, product descriptions, and location accuracy while stocking.
Move freight from pallets and staging areas into assigned stock locations using safe lifting techniques.
Break down master cases and place individual items into correct pick slots.
Maintainclean, organized aisles and follow all housekeeping standards.
Rotate through OTCHS warehouse functions such as Box Making, Packer, Inductor, Runner, and Auto Bagger as needed.
Assistwith the handling of overstock, damaged, ormispickeditems and return product to proper locations.
Follow all safety, quality, and performance guidelines to supportaccuratefulfillment and a safe working environment.
Communicate inventory issues such as shorts,misslots, orlowstockconditions to leadership promptly.
Supportcrossfunctionalwarehouse processes duringhighvolumeperiods or staffing needs.

Education

High School Diploma or GEDrequired.

Prior Relevant Work Experience

0-3 years required
3-5 years preferred

Essential Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.
Regular, reliable attendance.
Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stair climbing.
Ability to lift 30-50lbsregularly and up to 75lbswith a team lift.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to process information accurately and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes and conveyor/rolling equipment.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed, especially during peak demand.
Proven ability to work well in ateambased, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior warehouse or stocking experience.
Ability to become certified on required warehouse equipment.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $26.21

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
