Position Overview

Seeking a senior Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resource to support Oracle HCM Cloud (SaaS) system administration, development, configuration, reporting, security, workflows, and journeys.

This role will play a critical part in supporting and maintaining the migration to Oracle Redwood UX across multiple HCM modules.

The consultant will work in the production environment, providing configuration updates, enhancements, issue resolution, and technical support while collaborating closely with functional teams, IT teams, and Oracle support.

Core Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
  • Create new configurations and update existing setups in Production

  • Maintain and enhance existing HCM modules

  • Assess and mitigate impact of Oracle patches

  • Log and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle to resolution

  • Support new module implementations when required

Reporting & Analytics
  • Enhance existing reports and create new subject-area reports

  • Convert reports into dashboard formats

  • Utilize RTF, OTBI, and BI tools

  • Implement Data Fusion analytics

Journeys & Workflow
  • Create new contextualized and guided Journeys

  • Enhance transactional processes using workflow and guided experiences

Redwood Conversion Support
  • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to support conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood

  • Assess functionality changes and enable enhancements during conversion

  • Support modules including:

    • Core HCM

    • Talent Management

    • Compensation

    • Health & Safety

    • Help Desk / Knowledge Center

    • Case Management

    • Succession Planning

Talent & Functional Enhancements

Provide technical expertise for production enhancements in Talent-related areas:

  • Performance evaluations

  • Touchpoints

  • Goals management

  • Talent review

  • Succession planning setup

Issue Resolution & Support
  • Assist with complex user issue resolution

  • Address functional changes across modules such as:

    • ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)

    • Compensation

    • Core HCM

    • Health & Safety

    • Case Management / Help Desk

    • Profiles

    • Learning

Data & Integration Support
  • Build and support HDL (HCM Data Loader) activities

  • Develop and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces
