TL:DR We’re looking for a part-time (20-30 hours a week) Operations Associate to own the day-to-day experience of our San Francisco office! Reporting to the Head of People, you'll split time focusing on SF office culture, and people operations - responsible for ensuring the space runs smoothly, supporting the team with everything from office logistics to events, and driving small projects that make our environment more productive and enjoyable. • This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office, with flexibility to come in as needed for events or other special projects. What You’ll Do • Manage daily office operations: ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, greeting guests and keeping the space functional • Support HR operations including but not limited to: recruiting coordination, performance review organization and company policy documentation / communication • Oversee facilities projects and office-based employee experience • Coordinate and execute company events e.g. team offsites, team holiday parties, industry events, etc. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or people operations (start-up experience a plus) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Familiar with communication and project management software like Slack, Notion, bolthires Workspace, Canva • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who plays for the front of the jersey • Passion for culture and creating a welcoming office environment Why You’ll Love Working Here • Be at the center of a dynamic and growing SF team • Own projects that make a tangible impact on daily work life • You’ll have direct access to leadership and collaborate with people who value initiative, ownership, and culture Apply tot his job
