Job Title: In-Store Sales Support & E-commerce Associate
Location: Brampton, ON L6S 5M9
Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tenure: Temporary-to-Permanent
Interview Availability: As soon as Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking In-Store Sales Support & E-commerce Associate to support both our retail operations and online presence. This role will combine in-store customer service, Shopify and Amazon marketplace management, and sales support to ensure a seamless experience for customers across all channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, capable of balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Sales Support

  • Assist customers in-store and handle inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Monitor in-store and Shopify stock levels, coordinating replenishment as needed
  • Open and close the store according to operational schedules
  • Escalate customer questions, concerns, or operational issues to internal teams
  • Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

Customer Service (Online & Offline)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Monitor expiring items in-store and online and take necessary action
  • List, update, and maintain accurate product information on Shopify
  • Ensure consistent, customer-focused communication across all channels

Amazon E-commerce Management

  • Assist with creating and managing product listings, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis
  • Track and analyze sales trends, conversions, and product performance
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with catalog, operations, and logistics teams to resolve listing issues, inventory gaps, or customer concerns
  • Ensure Amazon account and listings are compliant with marketplace policies and guidelines
  • Respond quickly to time-sensitive tasks and real-time issues
  • Stay updated on marketplace tools, features, and competitor activities

Hard Skills / Requirements

  • Previous retail, in-store sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Shopify (or similar CMS) and Amazon Seller Central preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis
  • Understanding of retail and e-commerce workflows, stock management, and profitability analysis
  • Experience using customer service software
