Excel Body Repairs Ltd require an Office Receptionist/Administrator at our busy car repair centre in Northampton.

Our family business prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times, and as such the right candidate will have experience in delivering excellent customer service. We are open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates for this position.

  • Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am : 5:30pm
  • 4 weeks paid holiday.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate duties include but not limited to the following.

- Answer phones

- Load new jobs onto the system and export to other systems

- Update our management system

- Provide updates to customers and insurance companies

- Organise collection/delivery driver’s schedule

- Deal with paperwork for daily collected and delivered vehicles

- Check in recovered vehicles

- Maintain courtesy car diary

- Take payment of insurance excesses where required

- Prepare job cards

- Greet onsite customers and check in/out their vehicles.

Requirements

  • Previous or current experience as a receptionist is essential
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the motor trade is desirable.
  • Computer skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  • The ideal person will have a friendly approach to customers and an engaging personality
