Office Manager, Toronto Office


As we grow our consulting team, we need additional office and administrative management support to help us manage our business, support our employees and stakeholders as well as our growing customer base.


Trindent Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a key role in driving back office and administrative efficiency to support a rapidly growing organization.


The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall administration of our Toronto office, including office management, procurement activities, logistics & shipping, event planning and execution, internal communications, and coordination with internal and external IT and security teams.


The successful candidate will also work closely with our Operations team to provide seamless support where necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office management of premises, supplies, cleanliness to ensure the office is always professional and fully operational (stationery, canteen, technology, boardroom, etc.).
  • Manage vendors, deliveries, logistics & shipments as well as vendor management, agreements and records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all staff, visitors, and guests both in person and by telephone.
  • Plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual company events as required.
  • Administer IT inventory (laptops, mobile phones) & coordinate with our IT and security vendor to ensure data integrity, access control, and data protection compliance.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Office Manager in a similar role where you managed an office and 2-5 staff.
  • Proven track record in office administration, back-office support, logistics and vendor management of c.10 years preferred.
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors, particularly IT service providers.
  • Proven experience in internal communications and event planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Our Office Manager role is based 5 days a week in our George Street head office.
