Job Title: Office Admin (Female Only Preferred Pakistani)


Location: Sharjah Industrial Area 18


Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month


Job Type: Full-time


Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented female Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle various administrative duties efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and maintain office files and documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as needed
