Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Night Shift Production Supervisor who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to lead our manufacturing operations during the night hours from 12:00am to 8:30am. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and motivate a dedicated team within a fast-paced factory environment. If you have strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with assembly lines, and excellent leadership skills, this position is perfect for you!

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Review the orders assigned by sales to estimate the manufacturing lead time.
  • Schedule the work orders on the production floor based on the order planning, materials availability, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with planning, project coordinators and engineering to review and reschedule the work plan and inform the relevant departments of any schedule changes.
  • Release work orders to production based on the schedules, priorities, and resources.
  • Check the work orders to ensure all necessary requirements are listed under special requirements and ECNs, if have, are attached.
  • Assign the production resources to each individual order to ensure it can be finished on time
  • Monitor the orders execution in production to ensure the lines run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Verify the special requirements and ECNs are fulfilled in production lines.
  • Request for parts ordering for production loss, monitor the parts readiness and arrange for repairing.
  • Identify and report the bottlenecks and delays of orders.
  • Compile the daily production report, request Engineering to prepare the post assembly DFM report if need.
  • Foresee consumable parts usage and request for purchasing accordingly.
  • Prepare and update the relevant SOPs and ensure all the team members are trained properly.
  • Conduct production line preventative maintenance regularly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of PCBA manufacturing requirements and planning.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment, preferably in electronics or related industries.
  • Previous experience supervising assembly lines or production teams in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively lead bilingual teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to work during night shifts with flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
