Mental Health Therapist- Adult Teletherapy Department: Mental Health Therapist Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 / hour Description New Leaf Teletherapy (NLT) provides companies and their employees convenient access to high-quality therapists with best-in-class customer service. New Leaf Teletherapy is seeking to hire a remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The counselor must possess an active clinical license and will be classified as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities The therapist in this position will be responsible for conducting remote mental health therapy to working adults. All direct therapy will be delivered via a virtual platform; therefore the candidate must be comfortable and knowledgeable of teleconferencing applications such as Zoom/arenaflex Meet/WebEx. Therapist should have previous experience working with adults that present with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Documentation of client goals, treatment progress, and assessments is expected for reporting and measurement of progress at the conclusion of each therapy session. The candidate will be provided with a NLT email address and calendar which is to be monitored daily for appointments and communications from NLT staff and clients. Key Requirements and Qualifications This position will work directly with the employees of NLT customers to provide mental health services/therapy covering a variety of concerns (i.e. anxiety, depression, stress management, marriage, etc…). Key requirements for this position are as follows: • Active clinical license i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC • A minimum of 3 years of experience (post internship) providing direct therapy to adults • Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week (evenings and weekends acceptable) • Experience and comfort utilizing Measurement Based Care, administering online assessments, and maintaining thorough SOAP notes via an online platform • Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment and be able to manage multiple assignments/clients Compensation and Benefits ● Competitive pay ● Compensation for indirect time and no shows (or cancellations within 24 hours) ● Work from home ● Flexible schedule- evening and weekend hours possible ● Support from the dedicated NLT clinical and administrative teams ● Opportunity for growth within NLT’s network Apply tot his job
