This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and patient communication for their naturopathic healthcare clinic. The organization operates in the integrative healthcare space and has strengthened its digital systems and patient experience in recent years to deliver more personalized, accessible care.

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a highly organized and empathetic professional who thrives in patient-facing roles. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong English proficiency, a clear speaking voice suitable for phone-based work, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient phone communications professionally and empathetically

  • Guide patients through intake processes and follow-up communications

  • Collect and organize required documentation and patient information

  • Update and maintain electronic health records accurately and efficiently

  • Coordinate and communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient matters

  • Perform backend administrative tasks to support clinic operations

  • Ensure patient inquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions




Requirements


  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
