Marketing Manager

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

If you’re looking for a marketing role where you can genuinely make an impact - not just schedule posts and sit in meetings - this could be exactly what you’re looking for.

We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive growth across four exciting parts of our business:

  • Market our established digital agency
  • Support clients on more technical elements of marketing (Google Analytics and SEO)
  • Market a new software platform for integrated booking and commerce
  • Market a brand-new venue marketplace platform - think Airbnb for venues - launching into the leisure and events sector

This is a rare opportunity to join at the early stages of two new ventures, shape how they go to market, and play a key role in building traction from day one.

This isn’t a purely strategic or “managerial” role. We’re looking for a doer, someone practical, proactive and commercially minded who enjoys launching campaigns, testing ideas, analysing results and making things happen.

You’ll be supported by a large in-house technical and design team, so you can focus on marketing and growth rather than production bottlenecks.

This role would suit either:

  • an ambitious up-and-coming marketer ready to step up, or
  • an experienced marketer looking for ownership, variety and exciting new projects

Salary: £28,000 – £50,000+ depending on experience and impact
Working pattern: Full-time preferred. Part-time or hybrid working can be considered for the right candidate.

We believe collaboration and momentum work best when we’re together as a team, so ideally this role is office-based. However, we’re flexible - finding the right person matters more than rigid hours or locations.

The Role

You will own and deliver marketing activity across the agency and both new platforms, helping us attract new customers, nurture existing relationships and grow brand awareness.

This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll be building, launching and optimising campaigns yourself - not just managing agencies or writing strategy decks.

You will:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, content, SEO and paid channels
  • Run regular email campaigns, newsletters and automation journeys
  • Grow and manage our LinkedIn and other key social platforms
  • Create and coordinate content including blogs, landing pages, case studies and campaigns
  • Support the launch and growth of our new software and marketplace platforms
  • Generate leads and enquiries across all three business areas
  • Track performance using analytics and continually optimise results
  • Work closely with the sales team to turn marketing into measurable commercial growth
  • Create proposals in response to RFPs
  • Test new ideas, channels and tactics to improve performance
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver campaigns quickly and effectively

Essential Requirements

  • Experience across online marketing channels (social media, email, content, SEO or paid advertising)
  • Comfortable executing campaigns end-to-end yourself
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics to improve results
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-motivated and commercially focused
  • A practical “get it done” attitude

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience launching new websites, platforms or digital products to market and driving measurable growth (traffic, leads, users or revenue), ideally within a digital agency, SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and confident managing and updating website content independently
  • Familiarity with email marketing, paid advertising or marketing automation tools
  • General understanding of how websites and digital products are built and optimised

We don’t expect candidates to tick every single box. Skills can be learned. What matters most to us is attitude, initiative and the drive to get things done.

If you’re excited about the role and feel you’d be a great fit for the team, we’d love you to apply - even if your experience doesn’t perfectly match every requirement.
