The Market Strategy and Strategic Partnership Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the growth strategy for Siemens Healthineers’ mobile C-arm portfolio focused on the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) market. This role is highly strategic in nature, focused on market expansion, long-term growth planning, and development of scalable commercial partnerships that support capital equipment adoption. This role works closely with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, refine go-to-market strategies, and develop strategic partnerships that enhance competitive positioning and drive sustained revenue growth. This position operates as a strategic catalyst enabling sales success through market insight, deal structure development, partnership execution, and channel strategy. ASC Market Strategy & Growth Planning Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ASC growth strategy for mobile C-arm capital equipment across targeted procedures and specialties, to include spine, orthopedics, trauma, vascular, pain management, and urology. Analyze ASC market dynamics, including procedure migration trends, capital purchasing behavior, reimbursement considerations, and competitive landscape. Identify high-value ASC segments and define tailored value propositions for each. Perform long range strategic planning and analysis and operational activities enabling the exploitation of ASC markets. Support development of innovative commercial models (e.g., leasing, per-procedure, shared-risk, or bundled offerings) aligned with ASC capital constraints. Serve as a subject-matter expert on ASC capital purchasing decision-making and economics. Strategic & Industry Partnerships Operationalize key strategic partnerships that accelerate ASC adoption of mobile C-arms. Lead partnership strategy development, including business case creation, value definition, and long-term growth planning. Own senior-level partner relationships, ensuring alignment on objectives, governance, and execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize partnerships and integrate them into commercial and marketing strategies. Measure and report partnership performance, strategic value, and ROI. Commercial Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for the Sales team. Support pricing strategy and competitive positioning for mobile C-arm platforms in the ASC segment. Support complex, strategic ASC opportunities by assisting with executive engagement, value analysis, and deal structuring. Represent the company at key industry conferences, ASC forums, and strategic customer meetings. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or sales within medical devices or healthcare technology. Direct experience with medical equipment or device sales, in particular spine or ortho/trauma Demonstrated understanding of the ASC market, including purchasing processes, capital budgeting, and clinical decision drivers. Proven experience developing and managing strategic partnerships. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills. Ability to influence without authority and lead through collaboration in a matrixed organization. Willingness to travel up to 35%.
