What You'll Do
  • Assemble cooler and freezer panels in a fast-paced production environment
  • Perform foaming, sealing, and insulation processes
  • Operate basic sheet metal and manufacturing equipment
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Package completed materials for shipping
  • Follow safety standards and production guidelines

What We're Looking For
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Ability to read a tape measure (fractions & measurements required)
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
  • Blueprint reading is a plus (not required)
