#LI-TV1 #LI-Remote The Manager of Revenue Operations will play a key role in standing up and executing the firm's Revenue Center of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on managing pricing and margin analytics, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and managing a cross functional team responsible for delivering actionable insights. The Manager will partner closely with the Financial Services regional and operational leadership, Business Intelligence & Data Insights and Marketing to ensure pricing strategies and revenue initiatives are effectively implemented and adopted. Essential Functions and Primary Duties • Manage day-to-day execution of pricing, margin, and revenue optimization analyses. • Develop and implement pricing strategies and frameworks. • Lead analyses related to pricing performance, margin trends, market positioning, and competitor benchmarking. • Identify cross-sell and share-of-wallet opportunities("SoW") using client and engagement data to drive attainment of revenue growth targets • Manage team members responsible for pricing and revenue analytics. • Partner with Business Intelligence & Data Insights teams to define reporting requirements and support dashboard development. • Ensure consistent application of pricing policies and accurate execution across the Financial Services teams. • Support training and enablement efforts to improve pricing and revenue decision-making across the organization. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. • 6-8 years of experience in pricing analytics, financial analysis, or project profitability, preferably in professional services. • 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools preferred. • Experience working with large data sets and translating analysis into business recommendations. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions. • Self-starter comfortable operating in a growing, evolving function. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, as required. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree • 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field • 3 years of supervisory experience • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs • Proficient use of applicable technology Apply tot his job
