We provide unrivaled knowledge across the sponsorship and media landscape so our clients can make impactful decisions that drive business The Role SponsorUnited is seeking a Manager of Events, Webinars & Field Marketing to drive high-impact, integrated experiences that influence our target ecosystem brands, rights holders, and media stakeholders. In this strategic and executional role, you'll blend event marketing, account-based engagement, and customer advocacy to build awareness, deepen relationships, and generate pipeline. You'll be responsible for shaping a scalable field marketing and event strategy that includes customer-led events, strategic sponsorships, executive engagements, and content-rich activations. Success in this role means creating measurable impact across lead generation, brand influence, and account acceleration particularly within our high-value brand audience. Key Responsibilities • Build and execute a comprehensive Events, Webinars, and Field Marketing strategy across hosted experiences, third-party activations, executive forums, customer-led events, webinars, etc.. • Drive Account Based Marketing alignment through localized and account-specific activations that move priority targets through the funnel. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive pipeline and relationship-building through strategic event programming. • Lead customer advocacy programming, including the identification of influencers, activation of speaker opportunities, and co-hosted events and webinars. • Partner with Content Marketing to source stories, testimonials, and case studies from customer engagements and events, amplifying these across channels to support brand and sales efforts. • Activate post-event engagement and content strategies by repurposing webinars, panels, interviews, and speaking sessions into scalable digital content and thought leadership. • Measure what matters, report on pipeline impact, engagement, and ROI across all field efforts to inform ongoing strategy. • Develop and manage playbooks for scalable execution of repeatable programs and tailored event experiences. • Select and manage third-party events and sponsorships that best position SponsorUnited in front of strategic stakeholders. • Act as an internal evangelist for the power of experiential and relationship marketing within a data-driven GTM motion. What You Bring • Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on Experiential & Event Marketing, including deep experience in developing and executing webinars and digital events, Field Marketing, and/or ABM in a high-growth or SaaS environment. • Proven success in developing integrated campaigns that include live and virtual experiences tied to pipeline generation. • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based engagement. • Strategic mindset with analytical rigor you love data and know how to extract insights that drive action. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially across Sales and CS. • Experience in the sports, media, entertainment, or sponsorship sectors is a plus. • Willingness to travel approx 1x monthly for in-market events and meetings.
